A degraded worker pool caused new scans to sit in queue longer than expected. Auto-scaling rules were tightened and a secondary pool was provisioned. No data loss.
A memory regression in the PDF renderer caused large reports (>200 findings) to time out. Rolled back, then re-shipped behind a flag. Affected reports were regenerated automatically.
Auth provider EU endpoint had elevated 5xx. Sign-in retried automatically; no accounts were affected once the upstream service recovered.
