Refund Policy

If you cancel a paid plan within 14 days of your first subscription payment and you've used 10 or fewer scan credits, we'll refund the full payment. Email support@xalgorix.com with your account email — refund hits your card in 5–10 business days.

Cancellations after the 14-day window stop future renewals but do not refund the current period. You keep access (and any remaining period credits) until the end of the billing cycle.

Unused credit packs are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Partially-used packs are refunded pro-rata for the unused credits. Fully consumed packs are non-refundable.

Annual plans are refundable pro-rata for the unused full months, minus a 10% admin fee, within the first 90 days. After 90 days, annual plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled to stop renewal.

We do not refund:

• Accounts terminated for violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Charges older than 6 months (chargeback window has expired with the processor).
• Costs you incurred with third parties (e.g. infrastructure to host a target).

If we miss our published uptime target in a calendar month, eligible customers receive automatic credit equal to 10× the prorated downtime cost. No request needed — we apply it on the next invoice.
